Eastern Roadway Consulting & Training Incorporated (ERCT) was founded in 2011; it is a Veteran owned and operated entity. ERCT is a leader in on-site, one-on-one heavy equipment operator training and consulting in Low Volume Road design.
We are performance driven to customize best practice solutions for our clients. ERCT has over 50 years of experience constructing and maintaining roads with the Canadian Forces. Our professional one-on-one, hands-on, in-field and and classroom teaching methods will improve profitability by reducing operation and maintenance costs.
